"Gene" Kosmark is a lifelong resident of Edgewater in Bergen County, NJ. He has watched the town grow from a sleepy borough lined with factories into the New Jersey "Gold Coast."
In the fall of 2004, he attended Kovats Real Estate School. Upon completion of the course and successfully passing the NJ State Real Estate exam, Gene decided to affiliate with Concord Realty Group. "I wanted to associate with a group of winners", Gene said. "A group that has a proven track record and one that can help me get my Real Estate career off to the best start possible." After meeting with the Broker, Diane Thurber-Wamsley and a few other agents, the choice for Gene was clear.
Gene works full time in Manhattan as an I.T. Manager for a non-profit labor organization. He still resides in Edgewater with his wife, Dana and their two daughters, Samantha and Madison. His interests include exercise, sports and reading. "I am so very excited to have the opportunity to be a Real Estate agent right in my own backyard. I look forward to helping others find a place they can call home!"
